The villa is lying on the top of a private hill, to be reached through an iron gate with code that will guarantee complete privacy and peace. Villa Oliveto, with its pleasant sunny-yellow façade, in the typical countrystyle of the Lucca area, its Mediterranean scents, is the ideal place for all those longing for complete relaxation in the midst of nature, but at the same time just a few minutes from places of cultural and artistic interest, the worldly Viareggio and the beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
The swimming pool, in the middle of the park,is open from may to october.

Villa Oliveto is composed by 5 double rooms,all of them with private bathroom and airconditioned,as well as the charming country cottage called Rustico, lying above the swimming pool and offering space for 4 adults and a child. Two bedrooms have also a large private terrace,facing the Versila coast.
Both from the rooms of the Bed & Breakfast and from the country cottage, it is possible to enjoy a marvellous view over the VersilianCoast and the Apuan Alps. Even the swimming pool (open from May to October) is situated in a panoramic position, with view over the coast, in the midst of the green garden, between olive trees, cypresses, pine trees, chestnut trees and fruit trees.The guests can also rest in the large livingroom (40 sq.m.),with tv sat,internet point,and a large covered patio,with wonderful seaview.
The guests of the Bed & Breakfast can enjoy in the morning a rich breakfast, mainly prepared with local and high quality products such as jam, cheese, ham or Silvia's delicious cakes. Breakfast is served in the huge terraced garden, opening onto a breathtaking panorama, with a view sweeping from Livorno to the Cinqueterre, through colours that are always different of the surrounding nature.
